Our Coasters are all made by members in our Transition to Employment Program. Transition to Employment provides training in the meaning, value and demands of work and in the development of positive work attitudes. Transition members researched,developed and manufactured this with the assistance of our Job Coaches. 50% of the net profits of this product is reinvested into the program for new product development,equipment and supplies.
